Ingredients
2 slices whole grain bread (your choice)
1 avocado, mashed
1 tomato, sliced
1 teaspoon slivered almonds
pinch of kosher salt
pinch of pepper
Directions
- Toast your bread.
- Mash the avocado and slice your tomatoes.
- Spread the avocado on the toast and top with the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Garnish with slivered almonds.
