Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds of lean ground turkey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 egg whites
3/4 cup nut crumbs (or bread crumbs)
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
spring mix and goat cheese for topping on burger
Directions
- Place ground turkey in a large bowl for mixing.
- Add all ingredients and mix together lightly with a fork.
- Form into 5-6 burger patties.
- Preheat grill and grill on high for 5 minutes. Turn and grill another 3-4 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
