Ingredients

3 large russet potatoes

1/2 tablespoon jarred, minced garlic

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup non-fat milk

1/2 tablespoon butter

1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions
Peel and cut each potato into six chunks. Place in a pot of cold water, covering potatoes by an inch or so. Add 3/4 tablespoon kosher salt to water and bring to a boil. When potatoes are fork tender, drain and return to the pot that you cooked them in. Add garlic, parmesan cheese, milk and butter (more salt if you desire) and whip with a hand mixer until creamy. Enjoy!
