Asian Marinated Flank Steak
- 1-1/2 pound flank steak
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bottle Asian Sesame salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper on each side of your flank streak. Place in a dish for marinating. Next, scatter your minced garlic over the meat and pour a bottle of Asian Sesame salad dressing over your steak. Cover with plastic and let marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Preheat your grill pan (or outdoor grill). Moisten your pan with olive oil. Place your meat on the grill pan and grill your steak 16-21 minutes for medium rare, turning occasionally.
