Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich



  • 1 whole wheat bagel
  • 2 slices smoked salmon bacon
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground pepper


Toast your bagel.  Cook bacon in a sauté pan in olive oil for two minutes on the first side, one minute on the second. Top with cream cheese, one tablespoon per side.  Lay tomato and onion slices on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper over tomato and onion and top with smoked salmon bacon. Enjoy!
