Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20)

1 pound ground pork

1-1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 small sweet yellow onion, diced

2 eggs

1-1/2 tablespoons fresh, minced rosemary

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup dijon mustard

1/8 cup Worstershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place meat in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, eggs, rosemary, breadcrumbs, mustard and Worstershire to meat and mix lightly with a fork.
  4. Place meat on a large baking sheet and form into a loaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
