Ingredients
-
1 fresh pizza dough (such as Trader Joe’s – your local market may also sell these)
-
4 slices prosciutto
-
2 cloves garlic, sliced
-
1 jalapeńo, sliced (seeds and membrane removed – if you choose)
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 teaspoon olive oil
-
Jalapeńo Sea Salt (3 pinches)
-
Alfredo sauce (as much as you like)
-
1/8 cup flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dust dough with flour and place on bread board to rise for 20-30 minutes. Slice garlic and jalapeńos and set aside. Form dough onto pizza pan, sprinkle with a pinch of Jalapeńo Sea Salt and bake for 10 minutes.
Take crust out of oven and spread Alfredo sauce over the crust. Add cheese, garlic, jalapeńos, and prosciutto. Sprinkle with another pinch of jalapeńo sea salt. Place back in oven for 10 more minutes.
Once pizza is done, mound arugula on top, drizzle with olive oil, fresh ground pepper and another pinch of jalapeńo sea salt. Slice and Enjoy!
Until next time, Kris
