Ingredients (All ingredients are as much or as little as you’d like.)

tortilla chips

chili powder, a couple pinches

chicken (shredded or diced)

non-fat, refried beans

lite shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 can mild green chiles

1 can sliced black olives
-
sour cream, for topping
-
chopped tomatoes, for topping
-
chopped avocado, for topping

salsa, for topping
Directions
- Heat refried beans.
- Layer nachos in a cast iron skillet or sheet pan.
- Top chips with a sprinkling of chili powder (each layer).
- Layer beans, chiles, black olives and chicken over chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese.
- Repeat layers once more.
