Ingredients (serves 2-3)
1 6 ounce package Shishito peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of sea salt
juice of one lime
- Heat olive oil in medium size skillet. Add peppers and cook, turning periodically, until they are blistered on all sides.
- Remove cooked peppers to a bowl and squeeze lime juice over them. Add a sprinkling of sea salt.
