Sautéed Shishito Peppers

Ingredients (serves 2-3)

1 6 ounce package Shishito peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of sea salt
juice of one lime

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in medium size skillet. Add peppers and cook, turning periodically, until they are blistered on all sides.
  2. Remove cooked peppers to a bowl and squeeze lime juice over them. Add a sprinkling of sea salt.
