Greek Yogurt Ranch Chicken Recipe



  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives, plus more for garnish
  • 1 package dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  1. Make small slits in chicken and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In bowl, combine yogurt, ranch dressing mix, garlic, shallots and chives. Mix well.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture over chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  5. Place chicken on rack on baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  6. Sprinkle additional minced chives over chicken before serving.
