Apricot Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Appetizer

For a really quick appetizer idea for New Years Eve, or for watching the big game tomorrow, I have one you’re sure to enjoy. This literally took under 5 minutes to prepare and calls for only 3 ingredients, plus the crackers you’ll need to spread this on.

There are quite a few pepper jellies out there to choose from. I have good luck finding a nice variety at Home Goods. I usually have quite a few on hand because I use them for several different recipes. For this appetizer, I chose the apricot pepper jelly. I spooned a healthy amount on top of a block of cream cheese and sprinkled fresh rosemary on top for flavor as well as a little color to make it look festive and pretty.

I used a simple butter cracker as our vessel for the cream cheese appetizer. Feel free to choose your favorite cracker, or vegetable. I think this would be great on celery sticks as well.

This was so tasty, we loved it!

Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons apricot pepper jelly
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • crackers for serving

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese into a shallow wide bowl or on a plate.
  2. Top with pepper jelly and minced rosemary.
  3. Spread on crackers.

Enjoy!

Happy New Year! May you all have a wonderful 2025.

Until next time, Kris
