Since I had leftover Olive Bread from our dinner last night, I decided I’m make a turkey sandwich out of it for Dennis’ lunch today. I hope he likes it! I just took two of the slices of bread, spread course ground dijon mustard on each slice, topped one side with an herb salad mix, kosher salt, and Sicilian Seasoning. I topped that with a few slices of turkey meat and I shaved some asiago rosemary cheese over the turkey and topped the sandwich with my second slice of bread. It looked so hearty, and also so healthy! Along with some potato chips and an apple, I think he’ll have a satisfying lunch.
Olive Bread Turkey Sandwich
-
2 Slices Rustic Olive Bread
-
3 slices Oven Roasted Deli Turkey
-
Shaved Asiago Rosemary Cheese (about 4 thin shavings)
-
1 tablespoon course ground dijon mustard
-
1/4 cup herb salad mix
Start with spreading the mustard on your bread and build your sandwich from there. Enjoy!
Until next time, Kris
